CTS-995 · University of Seville

Infectious diseases and gastrointestinal disorders

Microbiology research spanning coeliac disease, intestinal-barrier dysfunction, antimicrobial resistance and maternal-infant host-microbe interactions.

About CTS-995

From microbial mechanisms to translational health research

The group brings together basic, clinical and translational perspectives within the Department of Microbiology and Parasitology at the University of Seville.

Current projects investigate single-cell bacterial responses to antibiotics, prenatal exposures and food sensitivities, mother-infant multiomics and biomarkers of intestinal permeability.
